At our organization, we understand that security and safety are the foundation for individual thriving. That's why we offer a unique approach to stable housing, enabling individuals to excel in other areas of our program.
Whether our clients need help getting their GED, figuring out their options for further education, or needing a resume and job assistance, we are here to give them confidence and security in their abilities.
Our team is here to assist our youth and adults learn hygiene skills and navigate, create, and stick to a routine. These life skills set individuals up for success when it's time to transition back into their new lives!

Innovate Outreach is a program that contributes to the well-being of aged-out youth in the foster system and underprivileged individuals facing housing insecurity. We see a problem of homelessness and a lack of resources for a vulnerable group of people.
