Roughly 20,000 youths per year are forced out of the foster care system in the United States with zero support or resources. The lack of support leaves many 14-20 year old youth individuals at a much higher risk for incarceration, mental health crises, unwanted pregnancies, and destructive lifestyles.
We are advocating for a better tomorrow.
Innovative Outreach aims to provide an environment that gives our clients a deep sense of hope and allows them to thrive as they work towards their future goals because we know the youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. Along with independent, stable housing, we strive to provide essential life skills that cultivate independence and self-sufficiency. We believe in using an acceptance-commitment therapy approach that focuses on being present and utilizing mindfulness to stay grounded in developing confidence and awareness.

Individuals cannot thrive unless they have security and safety. We provide stable housing so that individuals have the ability to thrive in other areas of our program
Our team is here to assist our youth and adults in learning hygiene skills and navigating, creating, and sticking with a routine. This life skill sets individuals up for success when it’s time to transition back into their new lives!
Whether our clients need help getting their GED, figuring out their options for further education, or need a resume and job assistance, we are here to give them confidence and security in their abilities.
We see the individual. Our space and program are designed to give each person the personalized assistance they need to truly thrive in their own identity.
Our program is designed to be a safe space for youth transitioning to extended care as they age out of the foster care system or non-DHS youth who are in grave danger of homelessness.
